Do you ship internationally? TOP

Yes we welcome overseas customers.
 
 If your require delivery overseas please contact us BEFORE ordering, for a shipping quote.
 
Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling and other currencies will be converted into pounds sterling by your credit or debit card provider at the then current rate of exchange at the date of your order.

Please note that you are responsible for your country's customs declarations, duties, excises and taxes.  Customs clearance can take from a few hours to a few days - please take this into account when placing an order.


Are your products available to buy in stores? TOP

We are an online boutique retailer only, and do not stock our items in stores just yet!
 
But we will be exhibiting at many wedding fayres where you wil be able to view and try on our collections!

How long will my order take? TOP


At this time all our handmade items will take approximately  2 Weeks from date of order for delivery in the UK.  International orders  may take a little longer.
 
This schedule is subject to change at busier periods but any changes will be updated on this page.
If you have an urgent order please contact us  before placing an order and I will endeavour to meet your deadline.

 

How can I pay for my order? TOP


Paypal

Autumn Rose's preferred method of payment is via our online store, using PAYPAL which is a safe and secure payment system for credit and debit cards. By using this method of payment your  card and bank details are never revealed to us or accessible by us in any way. All items must be paid for in full before we can deliver.
 
PLEASE NOTE: You DO NOT need a Paypal account in order to use this facility. 
 

How will you send my order? TOP

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature on arrival.



How should I care for my jewellery ? TOP

  1. Store your jewellery in its individual packaging to avoid it tangling, tarnishing and to prevent it becoming scratched.
  2. Keep jewellery, headdresses and hairpins wrapped in the acid free tissue paper supplied.
  3. Never allow your jewellery to become wet either by swimming or washing while wearing it as this may cause damage and discolouration to the pearls, crystals and metals.
  4. If the silver becomes tarnished, it can be easily restored by polishing it with a silver cloth, which is a cloth impregnanted with polish.
  5. Never spray perfume while wearing your jewellery as this can significantly damage crystals, pearls and gemstones, leaving them with a dull appearance.
  6. Never apply hairspray or gel whilst wearing your tiara, hairpins or headbands as hairspray will dull the sparkle of crystals and gemstones and may cause permanent damage

How long will my refund take? TOP
We will refund you as soon as possible after receipt of the returned items. Any refunds given will be refunded using the same method you used for payment,  e.g if you paid by cheque we will refund you via a cheque.
