At this time all our handmade items will take approximately 2 Weeks from date of order for delivery in the UK. International orders may take a little longer.

Autumn Rose's preferred method of payment is via our online store, using PAYPAL which is a safe and secure payment system for credit and debit cards. By using this method of payment your card and bank details are never revealed to us or accessible by us in any way. All items must be paid for in full before we can deliver.
How will you send my order? TOP
All orders are sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature on arrival.
How should I care for my jewellery ? TOP
- Store your jewellery in its individual packaging to avoid it tangling, tarnishing and to prevent it becoming scratched.
- Keep jewellery, headdresses and hairpins wrapped in the acid free tissue paper supplied.
- Never allow your jewellery to become wet either by swimming or washing while wearing it as this may cause damage and discolouration to the pearls, crystals and metals.
- If the silver becomes tarnished, it can be easily restored by polishing it with a silver cloth, which is a cloth impregnanted with polish.
- Never spray perfume while wearing your jewellery as this can significantly damage crystals, pearls and gemstones, leaving them with a dull appearance.
- Never apply hairspray or gel whilst wearing your tiara, hairpins or headbands as hairspray will dull the sparkle of crystals and gemstones and may cause permanent damage

How long will my refund take? TOP
We will refund you as soon as possible after receipt of the returned items. Any refunds given will be refunded using the same method you used for payment, e.g if you paid by cheque we will refund you via a cheque.
