DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery
Postage is charged at £4.95 for all deliveries in the United Kingdom. For international please use the dropdown list at the checkout to calculate the cost of your delivery. If your country is not listed please email us for postage costs prior to ordering.
All items will be sent to you using Royal Mail or a courier service which both use tracking facilities. All deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt.
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Any Customs and Excise Duty for International orders are the responsibilty of the customer.
7 Day Returns Policy
7 Day Returns Policy
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase so we ensure that all items sent to you are thoroughly checked and are in perfect condition when they leave us. If an item is damaged you must inform us within 24 hours of your receipt.

If you wish to return an item to us under our 7 day return policy we must receive it within 7 days of your receipt (date of receipt is defined as the date the item was delivered or any attempted delivery at your requested delivery address).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items which have obvious signs of being worn or are damaged or soiled. If we receive items by way of return in those states we will not accept the return, the refund will be refused and the item returned to the customer.
To return an item to us please email us at returns@autumnrose-accessories.co.uk stating:
- Your name
- Address
- Order number
- Item name
- Reason for return
We will in turn provide you with a returns number which you should include in your parcel and you should then return the items to:

Autumn Rose cannot accept responsibilty for the damage or loss of packages or products sent back to us by a customer so we recommend you opt for Royal Mail Recorded Signed For ( orders with a value of less than £39.00) or Special Delivery service (for orders with a value of £39.00 or more), which will give you adequate insurance protection. It is important you retain your proof of postage and tracking details provided by the Post Office.
If we find the item to not have a faultyou will be responsible for all return postage and packaging and the original delivery cost.
Please note the following exceptions to our returns policy:
- We do not accept returns on INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Returns will not be accepted after the stated wedding date
- Earrings cannot be returned, as a health and safety precaution
- Refunds will not be given on items that have been altered, at your request, from the original designs displayed on Autumn Rose Website( e.g. including but not limited to, colour changes, size alterations etc..)
