Product Descriptions
We cannot guarantee that the true colour of gem stones and other materials will be represented accurately as the colours that you see are dependant on your monitor's display settings and other factors that are beyond our control. All sizes and measurements given are as accurate as possible.
As each design is handmade there will always be slight variations to any of our designs.
Metals
We use silver and gold plated wire in our tiaras, hairpins and headbands unless otherwise stated. Autumn Rose cannot accept responsibility for any allergy metal or otherwise arising from wearing any of our jewellery or accessories.

Safety
All our items are made for adults and in accordance with this Autumn Rose accepts no responsibility for injury caused by misuse, destruction, negligence or negligent supervision of any of our items.
Complimentary Gifts
From time to time we may offer complimentary gifts with your order, this may require you to have a minimum spend to entitle you to this offer. This minimum spend will be the total of your order before any delivery charges have been added.
If for any reason you return your original order, you must also return the complimentary gift in order to receive a full refund. Failing to return the gift will result in the retail cost of the gift being charged and deducted from your refund.
Delivery
Orders will be sent to you via courier service or Royal Mail and all orders need to be signed for. All Customs and Excise Duties on International orders are the responsibility of the customer.
7 Day Returns Policy

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase and we ensure that all items sent are thoroughly checked and in perfect condition when they leave us. If you receive a damaged item you must inform us within 24 hrs of your receipt. If you wish to return an item to us, we must receive it within 7 days of your receipt (date of your receipt is defined as the date the item was delivered or any attempted delivery at your requested delivery address).
Refunds are given at our discretion providing the items are returned to us in their original condition, with tags still attached and on time.

Autumn Rose cannot accept responsibility for the damage or loss of packages or products sent back to us by a customer so we recommend you opt for the Royal Mail Recorded Signed For (orders with a value of £39.00 or less) or Special Delivery service (orders with a value of over £39.00) and ensure you retain your proof of postage and tracking details provided to you by the Post Office.
If we find the goods to be in perfect condition with no faults, you will be responsible for all return postage and packaging and the original delivery cost.

- Earrings cannot be returned as a health and safety precaution

Obvious evidence that the item has been worn, will result in the item being returned to you.

Refunds will not be given on items differing from the original designs displayed on Autumn Rose Website( e.g. including but not limited to colour changes, size alterations etc..)

Refunds will not be given if tags have been removed
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates will be posted out to the address given and will need to be signed for.
Gift certificates may be used as part payment for an item that has a higher value than the Gift Certificate but no change will be given for purchases with a lesser value than the Gift Certificate, nor can the GiftCertificate be exchanged for cash.
Certificates are valid for 6 months after purchase and this period will not be extended under any circumstance.
Gift Certificates cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance.
A valid certificate number must be entered at the time of ordering.
Gift certificates will be posted out to the address given and will need to be signed for.
